Shipping + Returns


Shipping is currently available for United States customers only. All packages are mailed via USPS Priority Mail® with a tracking code. Packages may take several days to ship. Rush shipping may be available at extra cost.



If an item arrives broken or unsatisfactory, please send me a message with the details and a photograph of the damage and we can work out returns or replacements. Note that since many items in the shop are one-of-a-kind, replacements may take additional time to reproduce. Customers will be informed of timeline and refund option if this situation arises.



Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping. If an order is cancelled once an item has already shipped, item can be returned but the customer will be charged for shipping both ways.
